Covers most accidental and unforeseen damages, including fire, flood, theft, and more.

Earthquake:

Add-on that protects your property from earthquake, tsunami, and volcanic eruption. This coverage is only available as an add-on to a Property All Risk policy — it cannot be purchased as a stand-alone option.

General and Public Liability: 

Protects you if someone is injured or another property is damaged because of your building. 

Only available as an add-on to Property All Risk + Earthquake.

  • Accepted for private homes, rental villas, restaurants, shops, and other commercial uses

  • Properties under major renovation or not yet completed should use Construction All Risk instead

  • Leasehold, Freehold, Hak Pakai, and other titles are all eligible
