Who can apply for pet insurance?

Anyone living in Indonesia — whether you're a local resident or an expat — can apply, as long as your pet is between 0 and 14 years old.

Is my pet covered everywhere in Indonesia?

Yes, coverage applies throughout Indonesian territory where pets are legally allowed. Just make sure your pet isn’t in quarantine or restricted areas.

Can I insure more than one pet under the same policy?

Each pet needs its own policy, but we make it easy to apply for multiple pets at once. Just fill in the form for each one — we’ll guide you.

What’s not included in the insurance?

Common exclusions include pre-existing conditions, some contagious diseases, and incidents during quarantine. Full exclusions are listed in your policy.

How long does it take to process a claim?

Claims are usually processed within 14 working days after you submit all required documents. The faster you send everything, the quicker we can act.
