We usually recommend the contractor/ developer take out the policy to ensure their work is fully protected, regardless of property owner. But both will be on the policy.

We manage the policy and claims for you, monitor the maintenance period, and provide expert guidance so you stay protected at every stage—from foundation to finish.

Good risk management helps avoid delays, damage, and costly claims. We recommend the following: • Clear safety protocols on site, including protective gear, barriers, and warning signs • Fire extinguishers available and regularly maintained • CCTV or regular site monitoring, especially for high-value projects • Daily supervision to detect early risks or unsafe conditions • Protecting stored materials from theft, weather, and damage • Realistic timelines to avoid rushed work and reduce errors These practices help safeguard your project and make the claims process much easier if something goes wrong.

Once you’ve reviewed and agreed to your insurance contract, we only require this document: • For individuals – A passport or KTP (Indonesian ID card). • For companies – A copy of the NPWP card (tax identification). That’s it—simple and hassle-free!

Payment & Policy Details 1. Payment • Payments are made directly to the insurance company. • The full premium must be paid upfront; monthly payment plans are not available. 2. E-Policy • Once payment is received, your coverage begins. • Your policy will be sent to your email within 7 to 10 working days. Please keep it safe, as it is an important document. • The policy remains valid for the duration of your construction or renovation project. 3. Coverage Extension • Bali Property Insurance can assist in negotiating an extension with the insurance company if needed. • To request an extension, please notify us in advance and provide: • An explanation of the delay • Current project stage photos • An updated timeline matching the BOQ
